What are your rental terms?

At EVR, Inc., we offer flexible rental options: daily, weekly, and monthly rentals are available. We accept checks and major credit cards as forms of payment. Frequent customers may also open a commercial account with us for added convenience.

What documents do I need to rent tools and equipment?

Renting with us is easy. Just bring your Driver’s License or a U.S. government-issued photo ID, along with a credit or debit card to cover the rental fee upfront. No extra deposit is required.

Is a deposit required for a reservation?

No deposit is required for most tools and equipment reservations. However, we do require a credit card at the time of booking.

Do you deliver?

Yes, we do! Our knowledgeable staff can arrange delivery for your project. Let us know when you need the equipment delivered and when you'd like it picked up. To confirm the end of your rental, please call our office at (951) 674-2427 with the exact pickup date and time.

What is the cost for delivery?

Delivery charges depend on the category and class of the equipment, as well as the distance from our rental yard. Our professional team will calculate the cost based on your specific job needs. Like equipment that is picked up from the EVR lot, contract time starts when the equipment leaves the yard. If there are unexpected EVR delays to delivery our professional driver will contact the office to recalculate the start time.

Need to keep the equipment longer?

If you need more time with your rental, simply contact our office at (951) 674-2427. Our professional staff will extend the rental for you, and any additional time and charges will be added to your contract and credit card on file. Please refer to your rental contract for specific rates, including daily, weekly, and 4-week options.

What happens if the equipment stops working while I’m renting it?

We ensure that all equipment is inspected and serviced before each rental. However, if you encounter any issues, please contact us immediately at (951) 674-2427. We'll provide support and arrange for the next steps, including replacement if necessary.

What is the process for returning equipment and tools?

  • Please return tools and equipment by the date and time specified in your contract. Make sure they are clean and in the same condition as when you received them, including all accessories like batteries, cables, and attachments.
  • Upon arrival, head directly to our counter, and our staff will assist you with the return process.

Do I need to refuel and clean the equipment before returning it?

Yes, please! All equipment is delivered clean and with a full tank of fuel. We ask that you return it in the same condition.

  • Refuel the equipment to its starting level before returning it. If not, a fee will be assessed based on the gallons/liters used, maintenance, and labor.
  • Ensure the equipment is clean before returning it. If not, a cleaning fee will be applied to restore it to a rental-ready condition.
